Formulated with Epsom salt, lavender, marigold petals, peach blossom petals, and rose hip oil, this foot soak is all about finding your happy place.
Scoop 2 tablespoons of Venus Foot Soak into a foot basin of hot/warm water. Once your feet are settled and submerged - close your eyes and prepare for our pranayama (the yogic practice of focusing on breath).
Take a few moments to relax your body. Feel the warmth of the foot basin, inhale the calming aroma of lavender.
Take a deep breath in through your nose - breathe in for a count of three. Now, exhale out from your mouth for a count of six. Depending on your lung capacity, you can inhale for four seconds and exhale for eight. The main objective is for your exhale to be twice as long as your inhale.
Repeat this 1:2 ratio breathe six times. Instead of focusing on doing it perfect, tune into how your body feels with every exhale. Do this ritual every time you need to unwind and relax.
