25 Affirmations for Anxiety & Stress (Just in Time for the Holidays)

The endless circular thoughts, the sleepless nights, the fear that strikes seemingly out of nowhere.

Unfortunately, I’m way too familiar with stress and anxiety. And with two back-to-back years of global unprecedented times, it’s no wonder that all of us are stressed, anxious, and just plain old burnt out.

Sometimes, stress and anxiety are your physical and energetic bodies’ alarm bells going off. Perhaps you’re giving up too much of your time in a work environment that isn’t serving you. Maybe a friendship is becoming so draining, it literally ravages your nervous system. Or maybe you just need someone to talk to about all of the big, scary changes that are happening in the world.

Either way, stress and anxiety are nothing to scoff at or turn a blind eye to. While affirmations and mantras are not a cure all, they do help. Here are some affirmations that I’ve found helpful when I’m experiencing stress and anxiety.
